Artichoke & Olive Tapenade
This savory artichoke and green olive tapenade is a tasty bite!. From a small producer in Big Sur California, this tapenade is bursting with the flavor of artichokes, garlic, lemons, and extra virgin olive oil. Toss it with pasta; top a pizza; add to a sandwich; or simply with fresh bread or crackers as part of a charcuterie platter, this is a very versatile product for your pantry.
We roasted a piece of halibut and topped it with the tapenade, fresh tomatoes, and herbs, and served it with pearl couscous with currants and pine nuts.
